Do I need broadcasting experience?

No. You don’t need previous professional broadcasting experience to get started. The courses are suitable for aspiring presenters, podcasters and anyone looking to improve their communication and broadcasting skills.

How long will I have access?

Your course access will depend on the access terms of your purchase or membership. You’ll be able to view the applicable details when you join and access your courses through your online account.

Can I watch on a phone or tablet?

Yes. You can access the academy online from compatible smartphones, tablets and computers, making it easy to continue learning wherever you are.

How do I access my courses after purchasing?

Once your payment is complete, you can log in to your account and access your purchased courses directly from your dashboard. You’ll also receive a confirmation email with a link to help you get started.

What payment methods are accepted?

Available payment methods will be displayed securely during checkout. Simply select your preferred payment option and follow the instructions to complete your purchase.

Can I purchase a course as a gift?

If you’d like to purchase a course for someone else, please contact us before completing your purchase. We’ll help you arrange access for the person receiving the course.
