Not every guest is easy. Some avoid the question, some dominate the conversation, some become emotional and some try to control the interview. This module teaches students how to stay calm, professional and in charge. Students will learn how to interrupt politely, bring a guest back to the point, challenge without sounding aggressive and end an interview strongly when it starts to drift.
